Randy Olshen - Delivering Rapid Corporate Growth Across Verticals

Randy Olshen is a Southern California entrepreneur who has streamlined operations and repositioned companies in verticals spanning nutrition, apparel, and security systems. He joined Boss Industries, Inc., as a consultant and ultimately rose to the role of president. Responsible for all operations, he has overseen e-commerce, enterprise resource planning, and accounting improvements. Before joining Boss Industries, Randy Olshen served in executive capacities with Lucky 13 and initially worked to reorganize the firm’s sales and marketing approach. His focus quickly expanded to corporate rightsizing to current market conditions, and he oversaw cost-saving outsourcing, a majority of manufacturing, and all warehouse and fulfillment functions. He also implemented technology solutions that automated all aspects of operations, from product design to order fulfillment. In the process, he decreased costs and errors while delivering an improved customer experience.

Randy Olshen’s experience extends to leading sales growth for Nellson Nutraceuticals, which attained the ranking as the largest nutrition bar, powder, and capsule manufacturer in North America. He subsequently engineered high-impact growth with Elan Nutrition, with the firm achieving heightened operational efficiencies as sales revenue rose from $10 million to more than $80 million.
